- Providing specific facts and supporting documentation will facilitate a thorough and accurate investigation. Please note that reports based on illegally obtained materials (e.g., theft or unauthorized recordings) may be excluded from the investigation.

- Even for reports submitted under a real name, the identity of the informant and the details of the report will be strictly protected and kept confidential.

- Please be aware that once you click “Submit,” the report is sent immediately and cannot be retracted.

- Reports based on mere speculation, malicious intent, or defamation without a factual basis may not be investigated.
